Refurbishment of the Visserijplein (Fishery Square) in the Rotterdam neighboorbood of Tussendijken. Designed by Dutch landscape architects West8. The abstract, angular, faceted shapes are actually electricity poles for market vendors. Yet the square remains rather bleak.
