Rotterdam Fruit Exchange Interior

Interior of the Rotterdam Fruit Exchange or Citrus Auction hall. The port activities here consisted predominatly of citrus fruit. The building was designed by Willem van Tijen and Hugh Maaskant and was built in 1954 and 1955. The building is vacant now awaiting a new purpose.

Het gebouw is ontworpen door Willem van Tijen en Hugh Maaskant en is gebouwd in 1954 en 1955. Het gebouw is leeg en in afwachting van een nieuwe bestemming.
